I think their are some games that really stood out to me .. maybe because italy looked like they were destined to lose since penalties rarely ever worked in our favor but the 2000 Euro Cup kept us at the edge of our seats and this game and even when the Buffon wan't in net for us .. our backup keeper Told didn't do a bad job either. Watch this video and see the horse shoe italy had that game. I remember watching this game at a bar and after Italy won it was pouring rain and everyone ran out onto the streets with italy flags anyways.

Italy vs. Holland

This was the game before Italy lost to France in the final .. when the ref decided to add a ridiculous amount of time to the clock enough for trezeguet to break our hearts. We may have lost to france in that final but we still went the distance.

I remember this match well. Didnt Holland miss two penalties during the game and Zambrotta was sent off?

It was an epic effort, especially in Hollands Amsterdam arena.
