I think anyone who supports Italy can say this was one of the greatest day's of their lives. From the excitement of the games to the chaos on the streets of St. Clair, College, Woodbrige ... I knew italy had a shot at winning the whole tournament from a friendly I watched prior to the world cup where Italy completely outclassed germany and the fact that lippi who seemed like no other coach took charge. On July 9, 2006 Toronto was painted green, white and red and it didn't matter where you were ... you heard horns honking. Here's a couple clips to relive those moments:
